Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to provide only genuine Yamaha parts and accessories in perfect condition.
- Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items
• Electrical parts, lubricants, oils, or special-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
